About the Role

We’re recruiting a Graduate Learning Mentor to support pupils who need help with confidence, coursework and general engagement. It’s a varied role where every day brings something different.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting pupils in small groups or one-to-one sessions
  • Helping with revision, organisation and study skills
  • Building trusted relationships that support wellbeing
  • Assisting teachers with tasks that help lessons run smoothly
What We’re Looking For
  • A recent graduate who enjoys working with young people
  • Someone patient, reliable and approachable
  • Good organisational and listening skills
  • A willingness to learn from teachers and pastoral staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
