Primary SEN Teaching Assistant – Full-Time (Sunderland)

Pay: £90–£110 per day
Contract: Full-Time, Ongoing

We’re recruiting a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Sunderland, supporting pupils with additional needs across the school day.

This role is ideal for someone who is patient, caring and passionate about helping children feel safe, confident and ready to learn.

Your role will include:

• Supporting pupils with SEN in the classroom
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support
• Helping children access learning activities
• Supporting emotional wellbeing and confidence
• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
