Overview

English Lecturer:
Deliver engaging lessons in English, guiding students through the curriculum for A-Level or GCSE, while providing the support and motivation they need to succeed academically.

Programme Lead:
Oversee the successful delivery of English programmes, ensuring they meet the highest standards of teaching, learning, and assessment. This role involves leading a team of educators and supporting students throughout their academic journey.

Curriculum Manager:
Design and manage innovative, inclusive English curriculum content that aligns with the needs of learners, ensuring a balanced and enriching learning experience.

• Strong background in English language or literature, with experience teaching A-Level or GCSE (or equivalent).
• Relevant teaching qualifications (PGCE, Cert Ed, or similar) and a passion for education.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills, particularly for Programme Lead and Curriculum Manager roles.
• Ability to engage and motivate students, fostering a positive learning environment.
