SalaryGrade 2 £ 25,583 - £25,989
Requirements- Be an outstanding and reflective practitioner with high expectations for all children
- A minimum relevant (DfE validated) Early Years Level 3 qualification is required, with experience of working in Early Years
- Be proficient in supporting the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning
- Be a team player and able to work independently
- Be an effective communicator, willing to participate fully in whole school life
- Demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of the revised Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum and a good understanding of child development and learning processes
- Be committed to raising standards and attainment for all children in a stimulating learning environment
- Within this Federation, the successful applicants will become part of a reflective team striving to inspire children and staff
- Staff are supported and involved in weekly coastal and forest school activities
- Professional progression is ensured; team has experience and knowledge shared with new staff
- Opportunity to work alongside other professional bodies and consultants
