Weare above average in size with approximately 680 pupils and a nursery onsite. The school has been part of The University of Chichester Academy Trust since 2017 as a converter academy. An extensive new academy buildingprogramme (PSBP2) funded by the EFSA was completed in February 2020. In2023, the school expanded further with the opening of our Nest, an inclusioncentre for 24 children.

Schoolstaff know that no two days are the same and that no two children are the sameeither. Supporting a wide range of learning activities, you will support the Class Teacher to ensure a safe environment, prepare resources, and in developing independent thinking and promoting excellent behaviour for learning.

This may include supporting learners on a one-to-one or small group basis. Thispost will also include lunchtime supervision.

Experience of working with young people in an educational setting is desirable but wewould also welcome applications who may wish to train or embark on a new,exciting career.
