This role involves delivering high‑quality teaching in Brickwork, supporting curriculum development, and ensuring outstanding learner experiences. You will have opportunities for professional growth, access to new teaching technologies, and the chance to lead projects within the department.
Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging Brickwork lessons to a range of learners.
- Develop and update curriculum materials to meet industry standards.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in practical sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and resources.
- Support learners in achieving their qualifications and career goals.
- Level 3 (or higher) Brickwork qualification.
- English and Maths at Level 2 or equivalent.
- Proven industry experience in Brickwork.
- Ability to deliver practical and theoretical lessons effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
- Teaching qualification or willingness to achieve one.
- Experience in curriculum development.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies in Brickwork.
