Role Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging sessions tailored to individual learner needs and project goals
- Support participants in developing practical skills, confidence, and creative portfolios
- Track and monitor learner progress, including managing documentation for work experience (WEX) and placement records
- Provide one‑to‑one coaching and pastoral support to help participants overcome barriers to engagement
