The Foundation Of Light in Sunderland is looking for three Employability Coaches to be part of the Skills Team. You will work in delivering Employability Programmes, providing support through mentoring and group sessions to engage young people and adults facing economic barriers.
This role is based at the Beacon of Light and aims to help individuals move closer to employment through tailored support and programmes. A background in coaching or mentoring is crucial.
