• Deliver engaging Maths lessons across Functional Skills and GCSE Maths (and potentially Level
  3)
• Support learners in developing numeracy, problem‑solving, and exam techniques
• Plan and deliver high‑quality, inclusive teaching sessions
• Track learner progress and provide constructive feedback
• Support students with coursework, revision, and exam preparation
• Create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment

• Experience teaching or tutoring Maths (FE, secondary, or adult education)
• Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to engage and motivate post‑16 learners
• Flexible, professional, and reliable approach

• Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DET)
• Experience working within Further Education
• Experience delivering GCSE Maths and/or Functional Skills Maths
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
