In addition, for roles in high-need subjects or regions you may also benefit from the government’s targeted retention incentive (formerly “levelling-up premium”) payments, worth up to £6,000 for eligible teachers in their first five years and teaching certain shortage subjects.

- How will this person be a Change maker?
The Role
- This candidate will be a change maker in using their expertise around Education and Early Years to support our students in achieving their Level 3 T-Level Qualifications which will in turn, give them a licence to practice. The candidate will showcase an understanding of barriers to learning, they will teach our students to be their authentic selves but ensure to be respectful of others.
This person must have a genuine desire to positively impact generations of learners to come, and instil in our learners, how to be courageous and strive to become high quality practitioners. They will promote an inclusive learning environment and support our learners in working with stakeholders, setting consistently set expectations of excellence.
- Plan and prepare of high-quality, sequenced learning through career-focused schemes of learning, session planning and resources.
- To provide an excellent experience to students through exemplary learning, teaching and standards of assessment, including effective formative and summative assessments to meet awarding organisation standards and student needs.
- Teach students to high standards using appropriate and varied student-centred approaches, embracing learning technologies to enhance the student experience.
- Develop and share subject pedagogy within and across teams to maintain currency and accuracy.
