Science Teacher

Protocol Education is working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded secondary school in the Sunderland area to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Science for a fixed-term position commencing in October 2026 and continuing until the end of the academic year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students to develop a passion for the subject and achieve their full potential. • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting.

• Have the ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
