We’re currently recruiting for an ECT Primary Teacher to work within welcoming and supportive Primary Schools, starting in September

As an Early Career Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver high-quality lessons, develop your classroom practice and gain valuable experience within a range of Primary School settings.
Your Main ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
Assess, monitor and track pupil progress.
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND.
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
Implement effective behaviour management strategies.
Contribute to the wider school community and school life.
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and senior leaders to support pupil outcomes.
Maintain accurate records in line with school policies and procedures.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Early Career Teacher (ECT) status or due to achieve QTS.
Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
A passion for inspiring and supporting young learners.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience and the requirements of the assignment.
