Milk Education are recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support a range of welcoming and inclusive Primary Schools. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to work closely with teachers and pupils, providing high-quality support that helps children thrive both academically and socially.
About the RoleAs a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Deliver targeted interventions to individuals and small groups.
- Support pupils with SEND, SEMH and additional learning needs.
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
- Promote positive behaviour and engagement within the classroom.
- Adapt learning activities to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, Childcare or a related field.
- Have previous experience working within a primary school setting.
- Are confident supporting learning across the primary curriculum.
- Have experience delivering interventions and small group work.
- Are proactive, reliable and passionate about education.
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Hold, or are willing to apply for, an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
