Academy 360 is seeking an inspirational and proactive Head of Year to join our dedicated team. This is a rewarding opportunity to lead the pastoral support of a year group, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning, achieve their potential, and thrive both academically and personally. Working closely with teachers, families and external agencies, you will play a pivotal role in improving attendance, behaviour, engagement and student wellbeing.

As a highly visible presence across the academy, you will help maintain a calm, safe and purposeful learning environment while building positive relationships with pupils and supporting them through mentoring, intervention and tailored support plans.
