Whitburn Church of England Academy is seeking a dedicated safeguarding and pastoral support assistant to work with secondary students. You will advise staff on strategies to support social and emotional needs, build positive relationships with families and external agencies, and help remove barriers to learning.
Key duties include contributing to multi-agency planning, supporting vulnerable learners, and maintaining strong communication with parents, carers, and the wider school team.
