As a Lecturer in Medical Sciences, you will deliver high-quality undergraduate medical education, training and research related to your area of expertise, and you will assist with medical admissions and assessment processes as part of diverse and welcoming team. Your area of expertise will be in a biological, sociological, psychological or population science discipline relevant to medicine.

The successful candidate will hold an undergraduate degree and/or a postgraduate degree (usually a doctorate) in a medical sciences discipline and will have a developing research portfolio. They will have up-to-date knowledge of current trends in their field in relation to medicine. They will possess professional experience and/or experience of delivering teaching and learning, and an understanding of medical education.
