Based across our Bede Campus Arts Academy and the National Esports Performance Campus in Sunderland city centre, you’ll help deliver exciting programmes across Level 2, Level 3, and Higher Education provision.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Inspire the next generation of esports professionals, streamers, content creators, and digital storytellers
- Shape a future‑focused curriculum covering esports performance, live broadcasting, streaming, digital content creation, and media production
- Build strong links with industry partners, esports organisations, and creative media professionals
- Deliver engaging, hands‑on learning experiences in a rapidly growing sector
- Support learners into Higher Education, employment, entrepreneurship, and digital careers
You do not need to be a qualified teacher to get started.
If you have relevant industry experience in esports, gaming, media production, digital content, streaming, sport, or a related creative sector, we can support your move into education with:
- Funded teacher training and qualifications
- Ongoing CPD and industry development opportunities
- Mentoring and support from experienced teaching professionals
- Career progression pathways into leadership and curriculum management
- Taking Teaching Further (TTF), funded support to retrain as an FE teacher
- Government Targeted Retention Incentive payments, worth up to £6,000 for eligible teaching roles and subject areas
