Full-time on site, Monday to Friday Finance Manager | Drive Control, Performance & Continuous Improvement An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing multi-site business. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of the finance function, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting and meaningful commercial insight to support strategic decision-making. Reporting into senior leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining financial integrity while identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and reporting capabilities across the organisation.

The Role As Finance Manager, you will lead the day-to-day finance operation across multiple entities and locations, providing accurate financial information and supporting business growth through effective financial management. You will also be responsible for managing and developing a finance team of three, ensuring high standards of accuracy, efficiency and service across the department.

Key Responsibilities Produce monthly management accounts across multiple entities Manage the month-end and year-end close process Prepare accounts through to audit-ready stage and manage the external audit process Lead budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management activities Oversee financial processes across multiple companies and locations Manage and review monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation Oversee VAT, taxation and statutory reporting requirements Manage bank payments, reconciliations, credit control and company credit card processes Maintain strong financial controls and governance across the business Lead, mentor and develop a finance team of three Provide insightful financial analysis to support business performance and decision-making Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems, processes and reporting Support the business in leveraging technology and automation to increase efficiency About You We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional who combines strong technical accounting expertise with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
