The Role
Working closely with the finance team, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the accounts function, including:
Processing supplier invoices, payments and expenses.
Managing customer receipts and assisting with credit control.
Completing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate records.
Supporting billing queries and resolving discrepancies.
Assisting with VAT coding and financial reporting.
Maintaining financial records and supporting compliance procedures. About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, numerate and has excellent attention to detail.
You’ll ideally have:
Experience in an accounts or finance administration role (desirable).
Good Microsoft Excel and general accounting software skills.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
The ability to manage deadlines and work independently or as part of a team.
A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in finance. AAT qualification or studying towards AAT would be beneficial, but practical experience and a willingness to learn are equally welcomed.

Full-time hours:
Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
