Are you passionate about helping people stay healthy and thrive at work? We’re looking for an experienced Occupational Physiotherapist to join our onsite team at Nissan Sunderland. You’ll play a vital role in supporting employees with musculoskeletal conditions, providing early intervention, treatment, and guidance to keep them moving and feeling their best.

• Assess and treat a variety of musculoskeletal injuries – from work-related strains to post-op recovery.
• Work closely with HR and managers to plan safe and timely return-to-work strategies.
• Carry out workplace assessments and recommend adjustments to reduce MSK risks.
• Deliver practical training and education sessions to prevent injuries before they happen.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide a seamless, integrated service.

• Qualified Physiotherapist (Degree/Diploma) with CSP and HCPC registration.
• At least 3 years’ experience in MSK treatment and rehabilitation.
• Strong communication and organisational skills – you’ll be working with people at all levels.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
