Ashlea Lodge Care Home – Hylton Road, Millfield, Sunderland, Tyne & Wear, SR4 7AB

Salary: £12.21 – £12.46 per hour |

Hours:

Full and part‑time available – days and nights (22‑44 hours per week)

• Delivering personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
• Supporting residents in meaningful activities, leisure outings, and appointments
• Serving meals and refreshments with warmth and courtesy
• Maintaining a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment
• Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing
• Acting as a key worker for a group of residents, ensuring care is tailored to their individual preferences
• Supporting new team members and contributing to a positive team culture
