Role OverviewThe role of the Support Worker is central to the delivery of excellent customer care and involves supporting to maintain or improve the wellbeing of customers. You will provide and promote person‑centred care and support to vulnerable customers who require differing levels of support to meet a range of complex social and health needs. This includes intimate personal care, support with basic health needs, practical tasks, appropriate communication and community involvement.
You will follow therapy plans and use innovative technology – training is provided. The team prides itself on offering excellent customer experiences and support, especially during difficult times for customers and their families/carers.
These principal responsibilities are not an exhaustive list of duties, only a general guide to the role. In consultation with the post holder, the duties may change from time to time to reflect the changing needs of the customer/service.

- 32 hours per week.
- A starting salary of £24,796 – £25,989 (pro rata if working less than 37 hours).
- Designated rota pattern including daytime, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
