The Digital Product and Delivery Co-ordinator is a varied job. We are seeking candidates with a passion for project and system support work. If you have an eye for detail, great communication and analytical skills - this could be the job for you!

You will work in a supportive role to the Digital Product and Delivery team. The team support the implementation, configuration, testing and training for clinical and corporate systems and digital solutions.

• Education to degree level (or equivalent experience)
• Qualifications in the area of system administration (or equivalent experience)

• Project management or product delivery experience
• Experience of using a range of digital solutions and systems
• Change management and benefits realisation experience
• Experience of digital configuration, testing and training

• Knowledge of relevant subject matter and a high level understanding of what it involves
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
• Ability to collate and articulate requirements information from a variety of sources e.g. via interviews, workshops and published material
• Workshop facilitation skills to realise benefits from projects and change activities
• Workshop facilitation skills to support product and delivery business change
• Knowledge of Project Management tools and techniques
• Computer literate and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, and other applications including MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to draft operational standards and procedures
• Ability to develop training documentation and train staff in the use of digital solutions for new products, upgrades and support activities
• Knowledge and involvement in change management within an organisation
• Knowledge of integrated governance
