In an exciting new development, we are delighted to be in a position of expanding our workforce and are looking to appoint a number of children and young peoples mental health workers to be part of a PCN (Primary Care Network) mental health service in Sunderland.
This includes looking for an individual who has the ability to support the leadership of South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust workers within this service as Clinical Team Leader/Manager.
In a new and innovative service model, the Team is comprised of high and low intensity Children and Young Peoples Mental Health (CYPMH) practitioners and will work closely with our well-established Sunderland Community Children and Young Peoples Mental Health Service Service (SCCYPMHS).
