LOCATION:Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire

PAY RATES:£16.81 - £21.01 per hour (holiday pay inclusive)

Shifts - flexible and available to work across a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

We are looking for a caring and dedicated Support Worker to support a bright, resilient and engaging young person with a great sense of humour. The role involves building a trusting relationship, encouraging independence, and supporting interests such as art, baking, cooking, education and community activities.

We are seeking someone who is kind, patient and reliable, with a passion for helping young people develop confidence, life skills and achieve their goals. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference and support a young person to reach their full potential.

What We’re Looking For

  • 12 months UK-based experience in a community setting
    .
  • Confidence in maintaining risk and using physical intervention where required.
  • Confidence in utilising PBS standards within services.
