Sunderland Stop Smoking Service is seeking a Stop Smoking Practitioner to deliver high-quality, evidence-based support across Sunderland. The role focuses on reducing health inequalities and delivering targeted interventions to priority groups, with one late-night clinic per week and flexible work across community, health, and outreach settings.
You will work independently within a multidisciplinary team, promote behaviour change, and provide education on cessation methods.
