Job Description:

Sunderland Home Care Associates 20/20 Ltd is an award-winning employee-owned company with an ethos of 'People Before Profit’. We began in 1994 with a team of 20 people providing support, we now employ over 200 staff.

Full time hours available. Flexibility is a must to cover days, evenings, nights, weekends, and public bank holidays according to the needs of the service users.

The Role:

  • Uphold the rights and dignity of all clients and respect their privacy and confidentiality
  • Encourage independence and support the wishes of the clients
  • Look after the welfare and personal care of clients assigned to you
  • Assist with mobility, eating, washing/bathing and dressing of clients in a sensitive manner and prepare meals and drinks
  • Supervise the prompting/administration of prescribed medication and perform any other duties to ensure the comfort of the client
  • Accurately complete all records and paperwork as requested by line management and adhere to GDPR.
  • Attend any training courses that are required
