Join Our Complex care team Routes Healthcare is expanding its dedicated Complex Care Team and is looking for compassionate, experienced care professionals to support clients with complex healthcare needs. This is far more than standard domiciliary care.
You'll work with in a specialist team, delivering advanced clinical support and making a real difference to people's lives every day.
The Role You will provide care and support to clients with complex needs across multiple locations, including:
Tracheostomy care Suctioning Ventilation support Spinal injury care Complex clinical interventions Personal care and daily living support You will travel throughout the region, with mileage fully reimbursed, while benefiting from 24/7 support from our experienced clinical and on-call teams.
