Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant and Bar Manager based in Sunderland. The Restaurant and Bar Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service standards, and manage staff within the restaurant and bar. Responsibilities include supervising and training team members, handling inventory and supplies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, creating exceptional guest experiences, and managing budgets to achieve financial targets.
Qualifications- Experience in hospitality management, including managing restaurant and bar operations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and staff training skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Proficiency in customer service, conflict resolution, and relationship management.
- Ability to maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality sector is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
