Overview
A regional care provider is seeking a People Business Partner based in Sunderland. This role involves coaching leadership teams, driving the implementation of the Company’s People Plan, and supporting Employee Relations activities.
Responsibilities- Coach leadership teams to support organizational goals.
- Drive the implementation of the Company’s People Plan.
- Support Employee Relations activities as required.
- Relevant HR experience.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of Employment Law.
