About

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Employee Relations Partner to join our Group HR team on a 6 months FTC. You’ll play a key role in providing expert advice and guidance on complex and sensitive employee relations matters ensuring fair, consistent, and commercially sound outcomes for both colleagues and the business.

You’ll manage your own caseload across the full ER spectrum, from grievance and disciplinary matters to capability, absence, and flexible working cases. Working closely with Line Managers, HR Business Partners, and other HR colleagues, you’ll help create a workplace culture built on trust, fairness, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide professional, confidential advice on employee relations issues including conduct, grievance, performance, and absence.
  • Manage your own caseload end-to-end, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
  • Partner with line managers to deliver balanced outcomes that protect both colleague experience and business needs.
  • Support the development of managers through coaching and delivery of HR and ER workshops.
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate case files in line with governance standards.
  • Monitor ER trends and MI to identify learning opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Stay current with employment legislation and proactively manage business risk.
