Case Officer - Immediate start - 4 weeks - 35 hours a week- £29.67 per hour

This is an extremely varied role . Monday
- Friday. 35 hours hours a week.

What the Case Officer will be doing
The ideal Case Officer will be responsible for

* Providing strategic HR advice to members and staff in accordance to the latest legislation and best practice

* Manage between 30-35 cases and take ownership of the cases from an HR and ER prospective

* Potentially travelling to meet local employees and members

* Record and report notes from meetings in relation to advice provided

What the successful Case Officer will bring to the team
This role is suitable for someone who has

* Who has excellent written and verbal skills

* Has a good proficiency in relation to Microsoft packages

* Has a strong understanding of HR legislation

* Has experience of advising colleagues

* Ideally have a background in health care or public sector
