We are representing a well renowned company in the midst of transformation and change who are looking for a Service Life Cycle Manager to join their high-performing team.

As the Service Life Cycle Manager, you will own and maintain the IT Service Catalogue, oversee related policies and governance, and engage with the wider community to ensure its adoption. You will have responsibility for the ITIL Service Management process framework, lead process improvement roadmap initiatives, and manage a small team.

• Manage the ITIL Service Management process framework
• Lead process improvement roadmap initiatives
• Manage a small team

• Proven experience with creating and managing IT Service Catalogues
• Strong leadership skills - proven experience of leading teams
• Experience with Service Delivery policy and governance ownership
• Experience with ITSM tools - Ivanti or similar

• Knowledge of SIAM tools
• Experience designing business continuity and disaster recovery plans
