Reporting to the Head of Digital and Data, the Systems Administrator plays a pivotal role in managing and developing MHM's core business systems. This technical systems role focuses on system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades and continuous improvement across business applications.
Responsibilities- Manage and develop MHM's core business systems ensuring reliability, security and optimal performance.
- Administer day‑to‑day operations, maintenance and continuous improvement of business‑critical applications.
- Collaborate with People, Payroll, Finance and Data teams to support informed decision‑making and high‑quality service delivery.
- Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
- Lead the implementation of new systems and integrations, manage upgrades and enhancements.
- Support reporting and analytics capabilities with the Data team to deliver accurate and meaningful information.
- Champion proactive and customer‑focused continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience administering and maintaining business‑critical systems or enterprise applications.
- Experience with HR, Finance or Payroll systems (e.g., iTrent, Microsoft Dynamics, patient management systems).
- Strong configuration, user/permission and workflow management skills.
- Track record of supporting system upgrades, implementations and integrations.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support for reporting and data quality, working closely with data teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with strong communication to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
