We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable law firm in Sunderland who are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support their busy litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a competent and highly organised legal secretary with proven experience in litigation support and bundle preparation.

• Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
• Preparing, collating and indexing court bundles (paper and electronic)
• Managing diaries, deadlines and court dates
• Filing documents with the court and liaising with counsel and third parties
• Handling incoming calls, emails and client enquiries professionally
• General administrative support including file management and billing assistance

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary
  , ideally within litigation
• Strong knowledge of court procedures and litigation documentation
• Proven competence in producing accurate and well‑organised bundles
• High level of attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Professional, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
