Job Description:

This Supply Chain Manager role leads end-to-end supply chain operations across procurement, planning, warehousing and logistics. Reporting to the General Manager, the Supply Chain Manager will manage a team of 4–8 and take ownership of material availability, inventory control, supplier performance and 3PL operations.

You’ll own and develop the S&OP process, improve forecast accuracy, and ensure stock levels are optimised to balance service and cost. The Supply Chain Manager will also drive supplier strategy, cost optimisation and contract negotiations while strengthening supplier performance and risk management.

A key focus for the Supply Chain Manager will be continuous improvement—enhancing ERP/MRP usage, improving KPIs and driving operational efficiency across transport, warehousing and planning. You’ll work closely with Sales, Production, Finance and NPD to support growth, new product launches and business performance, while ensuring full compliance with BRC, HSE and quality standards.

Skills & Experience:

* Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or senior supply chain leader within FMCG or a fast-paced manufacturing environment

* Strong knowledge of planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics and 3PL management

* Experience leading S&OP and improving forecast accuracy

* ERP/MRP expertise with strong analytical capability

* Supplier negotiation and relationship management experience

* Proven team leadership and continuous improvement delivery
