Washington Salary, £38,163 – £40,172 (pay depends on your experience and whether you have a Level 3 Management qualification)

Rotating shifts: 7am–3pm / 3pm–11pm - 12% shift allowance

A Global Automative company is looking for a Die Maintenance Team Leader to help run their tool maintenance department.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be in charge of a team of Technicians and making sure everything runs smoothly day to day. That includes:

· Supervising the team and helping with technical issues

· Organising daily jobs and workloads

· Keeping paperwork and records up to date

· Carrying out staff reviews and supporting team development

· Making sure all work is done safely and follows company rules

What you’ll need

· NVQ Level 3 in Tool Making or Die Maintenance

· Strong experience with tool and press setting

· A Level 3 Management qualification (or willing to work towards it)

· Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
