Type of YPs: Autism, Neurodivergence (Ages 7–19, depending on referral documentation)
Ratio of staff to children: 2:1 or 1:1, depending on needs
We are seeking a passionate and experienced manager to oversee a dedicated team of 17 staff members, ensuring high-quality care for children and young people with autism and neurodiverse needs. You will have strong leadership skills, experience in recruitment, and the ability to manage the referral process with support from the Operations Manager.

, who will provide ongoing support.Managerial responsibilities include: overseeing recruitment and the referral process for the home.
