Engineering Supervisor

Engineering Supervisor Location – Sunderland and surrounding areas Monday – Friday – 40hrs Salary £32,000 £ 38,000 per annum + van provided Working on behalf of a Multi National Maintenance firm on a Highly sensitive government portfolio, we are urgently looking to identify an experienced Engineering Supervisor

Due to an internal promotion a role has arisen within a Building Services Delivery team supporting a government contract .

This role will involve covering 25 multiple sites across the Sunderland area overseeing the service delivery of Building Services Maintenance team. This role will involve site Audits , Reports , monitoring of SLA’s and KPI’s , scheduling of leave and cover , motivation and team moral and well as problem shooting . This role would ideally suit a candidate that has working within the industry that is looking for a hands off the tools role or someone doing a similar role elsewhere.

This role will involve working Monday – Friday 40hrs with occasional out of hours support as well as being included into a company productivity bonus scheme to build on earnings.

This role will require the successful candidate to complete Security Vetting based on the coverage of Government sites .
