PSV Engineering Supervisor (Off The Tools)
Location:
Sunderland
Pay: £40,700
We're working with a nationwide PSV Operator who is looking for an experienced PSV Engineering Supervisor to join their Sunderland site. If you're confident leading teams, overseeing maintenance activity, and ensuring fleet compliance, this could be the ideal next step in your career.
What you'll be doing in your new PSV Engineering Supervisor role- Supervising day-to-day workshop activity and supporting engineers with repairs and servicing
- Overseeing MOT preparation, vehicle presentation, and compliance standards
- Allocating work, monitoring performance, and supporting diagnostics and fault resolution
- Ensuring health, safety, and quality standards are consistently met
- Level 2/3 qualification in HGV/PSV Maintenance
- Valid UK driving licence
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior engineering role
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
- £40,700 per annum
- Overtime paid additionally
