Curaleaf Laboratories is growing, and we're on the lookout for a proactive, hands-on Medical Cannabis Production Porter to keep our busy medical cannabis manufacturing facility running like clockwork.

This is a 6-month temporary contract
, with the potential to become permanent for the right person. You'll play a key behind-the-scenes role, supporting production teams that are crafting cannabis-based medicines for patients across the UK.

As a Production Porter
, you'll be the go-to person keeping everything moving behind the scenes. You'll help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient production environment that ensures patients receive the highest quality medical cannabis products.

Your day-to-day might include:

• Moving and preparing raw materials and packaging components
• Supporting cleaning and hygiene routines in production and cleanroom areas
• Replenishing stock and maintaining tidy workstations
• Removing waste safely and efficiently
• Following strict safety and hygiene procedures
• Working closely with the production team to ensure smooth operations

This role is active and hands-on
, ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and hardworking
• Organised, with great attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a regulated, fast-paced environment
• A team player with a proactive attitude
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
• Flexible with working hours (shift-based between 6am - 8pm)
• No experience in medical cannabis? No problem
