🔧 What You'll Be Doing

Maintaining plant equipment to ensure high reliability and smooth daily operations
Responding to and managing maintenance tasks through a CMMS
Carrying out preventative and corrective mechanical maintenance
Supporting production teams by providing mechanical expertise during breakdowns
Applying modern maintenance techniques such as 5S, continuous improvement, and lean methods
Contributing to improvement and engineering projects, ensuring work is delivered safely and to a high standard
Participating in problem-solving and root cause investigations to prevent repeat failures
Maintaining workshop organisation and assisting with light fabrication/pipework where required

Strong hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Good understanding of maintenance processes, reliability methods, and safe working practices
Ability to read mechanical drawings and troubleshoot plant equipment
A proactive approach with a willingness to get involved in improvements and problem-solving
Experience using a CMMS (advantageous)
A team-focused mindset and solid communication skills
