Production Team Leader Sunderland
Are you a hands-on leader ready to take charge of a busy production team? We re looking for someone who can inspire, coach, and keep things running smoothly on the front line.
What s on Offer:
- Salary: £37,113 per year (37-hour week)
- Shift Allowances: 16% for Late shifts; 39% if Night shifts are introduced
- Overtime: Regular opportunities to boost earnings
What You ll Do:
- Lead and support a team of Production Operators to hit targets
- Maintain high safety and quality standards
- Run daily shift briefings, spot-checks, and audits
- Suggest and implement improvements to make processes better
About You:
- Proven experience supervising teams in manufacturing (automotive experience preferred)
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Knowledge of Health & Safety standards
- ILM qualification is a bonus
- Flexible for shifts
