Due to continued growth and exciting new projects, we are seeking Production Operatives to join a high‑performing and supportive team. This is a full‑time, long‑term opportunity offering a clear pathway to a permanent contract after just 6 months.

• £14.24 per hour (standard rate)
• £19.06 per hour overtime (weekdays & Saturdays)
• £25.42 per hour Sunday overtime

• Operate production machinery (robotic welders, presses, grinders)
• Load materials into welding equipment and jigs
• Carry out quality inspections
• Follow work instructions and meet production targets
• Complete production documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

• Previous production or manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and team‑oriented
• Flexible for rotating shifts
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

39 hours per week + overtime available

Monday to Friday

Day Shift: 7:00am – 3:10pm (3:00pm Friday)

Back Shift: 3:10pm – 11:20pm (11:00pm Friday)
