Are you looking for more than just another warehouse or production job? Manpower is recruiting Trainee Printers on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Sunderland. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business, learn a specialist trade and develop valuable skills within the printing industry. No previous printing experience is required. We’re looking for motivated, reliable individuals with a good work ethic who are keen to learn and develop.

The

Opportunity

You’ll begin your journey working as a Trainee Printer, supporting experienced printers while learning the processes involved in high‑quality print production. During your first 6 months, you’ll be employed through Manpower. Candidates who demonstrate excellent attendance, reliability and a positive attitude will have the opportunity to be offered a permanent position with our client. Following this, successful employees may be enrolled onto the FIA Academy, where they’ll receive industry‑recognised training to develop their knowledge and skills within the printing industry.

The training programme typically takes between one and two years, depending on individual progress and business requirements. While completion of the training does not guarantee progression into a Printer position, it provides an excellent opportunity to gain recognised industry skills and puts you in a strong position should opportunities arise in the future.
