Production Operative

Staffpower Group are currently working with a fantastic company based in Sunderland who are one of the leading manufacturers within the automotive sector.

We are looking for multiple Production Operators to start ASAP.

Shifts and Salary:

* Monday - Friday

* 2 shift pattern (can extend to 3 shifts)

* Days 07:00 - 15:05 £ 12.71

* Backs 15:00 - 23:05 + 20% shift allowance

* Nights 23:00 - 07:05 + 33% shift allowance

* Weekend overtime may be available paying up to double time

* Line trial and substance misuse must be completed before prior to employment to follow health and safety guidelines

Basic Outline:

* Attending start of shift briefings to receive targets for the day.

* Using a variety of different hand tools to assemble a variety of products.

* Working on a fast-paced production line.

* Visual quality inspection of own work upon completion.

* Keen eye for detail.

* General housekeeping duties and additional duties as and when required.

Essential Requirements:

* Experience with in a manufacturing environment.

* Flexible to the needs of the business such as overtime.

* Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary.
