] is a Supported Living service providing support to 3 young men. Applicants will need to be experienced in delivering services of excellence to autistic adultsand complex needs. Knowledge and experience of positivebehaviouralapproaches is essential,as is the ability to model best practice in all aspects of your work.

Experience of supervisinga teamisrequired,and aproactive approach to your workis essential.

Although not essential,a clean driving licence would beadvantageous
Have amature and compassionate attitude and would bean excellent role model

Possess good verbal, written and IT skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have a qualification relevant to the role, or be willing to work towards one
Would be willing todeputizethe Team Leader in their absence, including being part of asenior team providing senior on call cover.
Be willing to develop your knowledge of the role of the Care Quality Commission as the regulatory body for social care provision

The successful applicant will have a defined role within the team, supporting the Team Leader in managerial tasks. The successful candidate will be expected to be part of a senior on callrotafor the service.
