At Vertu BMW Sunderland Prep Centre, we’re looking for a Digital Merchandiser to become a key part of our innovative, high‑performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for motor vehicles, strong photography skills, and a keen eye for detail to thrive in a fast‑paced automotive retail environment.

• Capture high‑quality images and professional videos of every new and used vehicle prepared on site.
• Operate our state‑of‑the‑art indoor photo booth and turntable to ensure consistent, premium imagery.
• Work collaboratively with our valet and cosmetic team, presenting new and used vehicles online.
• Accurately upload and merchandise vehicle stock across our website and affiliate platforms.
• Use manufacturer systems and the latest AI technology to add detailed specifications and compelling selling features to each vehicle listing.
• Work closely with the Quality Control team to ensure all vehicles meet our exacting preparation and presentation standards.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across all digital listings.

• Proven experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or digital engagement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both face‑to‑face and virtual
• A proactive attitude and natural curiosity about technology and innovation
• Passion for the BMW brand and high‑performance vehicles
• A full UK driving licence
