Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £14.18 an hour; this increases to £15.45 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours a week, with a two‑hour minimum for part‑time roles (12 hours).

• Ensure the van and trays are clean and tidy.
• Keep the back yard clean, tidy and free of rubbish, picking up litter as needed.
• Wash trays as part of the tray wash process.
• Load the van as required, checking roadworthiness.
• Communicate with customers regarding order changes, short‑code items and substitutions; offer refunds for dissatisfaction.
• Handle products and deliveries as if they were your own.
• Explain that substitutions are not additional cost.
• Deliver during the customer’s time slot.
• Call customers before arriving if early.
• Call the store/centre if running 30+ minutes late.
• Build relationships with colleagues to foster team spirit.
• Provide warm and welcoming interactions with customers.
• Respond quickly to changing customer needs and embrace change in the store.
• Share ideas with manager and colleagues to improve the store for customers.

• A valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Energetic and driven to deliver beyond expectations, integrating home and work to achieve a balanced life.

Pay starts at £14.18 per hour (outside M25) and £15.45 per hour (inside M25). The role offers minimum 16 guaranteed hours per week, while part‑time options of 12 hours are available.
