About the Role

Are you an Excel wizard who turns complex data into clear stories? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills keep a high-performing field team on track? If so, we want to hear from you!

At Curaleaf International, we are looking for a sharp, proactive, and analytical Sales support coordinator to act as the operational engine of our sales department. This isn't just an admin role—you will be the bridge between our field-based Account Managers and our internal success.

  • Be the Data Guru:
    Use your advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are your best friends) to track KPIs, identify trends, and create the dashboards that drive our strategy.
  • Fuel the Field Team:
    Act as the primary internal contact for our sales reps, preparing professional customer collateral and ensuring they have everything they need to win.
  • Master the Onboarding:
    Manage the end-to-end setup for new accounts, ensuring our CRM () is flawless and customer records are pin-sharp.
  • Drive Engagement:
    Occasionally pick up the phone to connect with customers, supporting department initiatives and building momentum.
About You

You are detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable working with data in a fast-moving sales environment. You enjoy solving problems, supporting colleagues, and bringing structure to complex workflows.

  • Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration, or analytical role
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, reporting)
  • Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting sales data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise multiple requests and manage competing deadlines
  • Experience working with CRM systems ( or similar preferred)
